1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ji11," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of ji11.net, a platform operating under PAGCOR regulatory oversight in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Platform" refers to the ji11 website accessible at ji11.net, including all casino games, sports betting services, live dealer tables, sabong, bingo, and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a ji11 account.
• "Account" means the individual, personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

If it is found that a Player was under 21 at the time of registration, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used.

2.2 Philippine Residency & Restricted Territories

The Platform is primarily designed to serve players located in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using ji11 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. Players connecting from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use the Platform. ji11 is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from a Player accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.

2.3 Registration Requirements

2.4 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one ji11 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names or email addresses, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ji11 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and ji11 reserves the right to confiscate the balance across all related accounts pending investigation.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Security of Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji11 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. ji11 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are correctly used will be treated as authorised activity, regardless of whether you personally performed it.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

4.3 Own-Name Payment Requirement

All payment methods used to deposit funds into your ji11 account must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments — whether from a family member, friend, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party payment source will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation for compliance reasons.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Gameplay Rules

In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for matters specific to that game.

7. Sports Betting

Sports betting on ji11 covers PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and other events as published on the platform. All sports betting is subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed on the platform:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the event commences or the market is suspended for trading.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at ji11's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event.
• Settlement of bets is based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body or, in the absence of such declaration, at ji11's reasonable determination.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting on live dealer games.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ji11's systems, servers, databases, or any other component of the Platform's infrastructure.
• Using another person's payment method or account to fund your ji11 account.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any other fraudulent financial activity in relation to ji11 transactions.

10. Suspension & Termination

ji11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any outstanding balance, where:

• ji11 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• A Player provides false or misleading information at any point.
• ji11 is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or any other applicable regulatory or legal requirement.
• ji11 reasonably suspects that an account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• A Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following ji11's request.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's own breach of these Terms, ji11 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is found and the account is closed for other reasons, the verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players may also close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting ji11 support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within five business days, and any verified balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji11's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ji11 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ji11 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits or winnings, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond ji11's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains a manifest error, where ji11 exercises its right to void the affected transaction under Section 6.1.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ji11's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the ji11 platform — including the ji11 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of ji11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without ji11's prior written consent.

13. Privacy & Data

ji11's collection, use, and storage of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ji11.net/privacy-policy. By registering for a ji11 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. ji11 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ji11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, ji11 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure pursuant to Section 10.

15. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your ji11 account, a game outcome, a financial transaction, or any other aspect of the Platform, you should first contact ji11 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. ji11 will investigate all complaints and aim to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with ji11's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels. ji11 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-mediated complaint resolution process.

Any legal dispute not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and both parties irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for such purpose.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
